Situated on Lake Alexandrina, Milang Township consists mainly of beach holiday shacks, a caravan park and a few shops and houses. Because of the drought, the lake is shallow and does not look inviting at this point in time. The foreshore has a boat ramp, a jetty, wide expanses of lawn and BBQ’s, shelter sheds, and hot showers. We will keep this place in mind to re-visit should the drought break and the lake comes alive again.
